Como Terraces is progressing well on site, with the ground-floor and suspended slab continuing to pours a across whole site, with a substantial transfer structure completed through the body of the site to enable the individual buildings to be erected.
In exciting news, the structure of Building E in the southern-most section of the site has been completed, with all external walls and the roof now installed. Toward the front of the site, on Alexandra Avenue, the slab-on-ground concrete structure of Building B has been poured, with the suspended slabs underway. The main ramp that will service the residents’ car park has also been poured.
The stand-alone building, 61 Kensington Road, is 80 per cent complete, with the fit-off services, joinery, wall and ceiling painting complete. From July 2023, Hacer Group’s site sheds will move to another location on site to allow works to continue in the north-west corner.
Construction on Como Terraces is anticipated for completion in Q3 2024, a very exciting look-ahead to welcome our valued residences. Cbus Property and Sterling Global will continue to provide regular updates on the status of construction at Como Terraces as the year progresses.
