Como Terraces Joint Venture ABN 82 241 198 602 (Como Terraces) is a joint venture between Alkero Development Pty Ltd ACN 620 099 210 (Alkero) and Cbus Property R2 Pty Ltd ACN 648 317 257 as trustee for the Vision Two 2021 Unit Trust (Cbus Property R2).

Both Alkero and Cbus Property R2 collect personal information in connection with Como Terraces.

As part of operating the Como Terraces project, Cbus Property R2 and Alkero may each:

collect personal information about you, from you directly;
disclose personal information about you to, and collect personal information about you from, each other; and collect personal information about you, from third parties such as sales agents,
for purposes associated with the Como Terraces project.

Cbus Property R2 is a related body corporate of Cbus Property Pty Ltd (Cbus Property). Cbus Property R2 may disclose personal information associated with the Como Terraces project to other related bodies corporate of Cbus Property. Cbus Property R2 and the other related bodies corporate of Cbus Property handle personal information in accordance with the Cbus Property Privacy Policy, which is available at https://www.cbusproperty.com.au/privacy-policy/

Alkero is a member of the Sterling Global group of companies (Sterling Global). Alkero may disclose personal information associated with the Como Terraces project to other members of the Sterling Global group. Alkero and other members of the Sterling Global group handle personal information in accordance with the Sterling Global Privacy Policy, which is available at https://sterlingglobal.com.au/privacy-policy/
